ASUS Radeon HD 5770 gets benchmarked

Expreview found some photos and benchmark results of the upcoming ASUS Radeon HD 5770 graphics card at Asian tech site MyMyPC, you can check it out over here. The card has a shorter PCB than the Radeon HD 5850 and has a 6-pin PCIe power connector. It is clocked at 850MHz and has 1GB GDDR5 memory with a 1200MHz frequency. The photos also reveal the output ports, the card has dual-DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort.

The card was tested in 3DMark Vantage and 3DMark06, these synthetic benchmarks reveal the card is somewhat slower than the ATI Radeon HD 4890. In Vantage it gets beaten by the GeForce GTX 260, while in the older 3DMark06 test the card slightly outperforms the GeForce GTX 260.
Asus HD 5770 registered a 3DMark Vantage score of P9103, compared to P10312 on HD 4890. The maximum GPU temperature reached 83 centigrades, though the ambient temperature wasn’t mentioned.
