FUD Zilla delivers the specifications of the upcoming Intel Core i7 640UM, this new notebook processor will debut in Q1 2010 for $305. This 18W part is aimed at ultraportable systems, its two cores have a frequency of 1.2GHz but the Turbo mode can overclock one core to 2.26GHz. Other features include 4MB cache, 1066MHz FSB and switchable graphics support via the new H55 chipset.
All this can be done under 18W TDP which is a great number considering that graphics and Northbridge part of the chipset including memory controller are also part of this Arrandale 32nm based CPU.

The bad part is hyperthreading support, as it doesn’t do much and it cost you a lot of power, but it will show four treads in task manager, and might make people feel good about it.
