FUD Zilla spotted that ICD has developed a new NVIDIA Tegra based tablet PC:
The ICD Ultra is a 7-inch tablet based on Nvidia's Tegra T20 chipset. It packs 512MB of DDR, 512MB of NAND, a non removable 4GB SD card and an extra microSD slot for expansion.

On the fun side, it offers a 1.3MP webcam, FM radio, HDMI, 3.5mm audio jack and an accelerometer. Connectivity is excellent, as the Ultra features 3G, 802.11 b/g and Bluetooth 2.1. It runs Android 2.0 Eclair and at 186 x 158 x 18mm it is rather compact. Oddly, ICD will offer several screen choices on the Ultra. Users will be able to opt for 800x480 or 1024x600 in capacitive or resistive flavours.
