Seen below, the all black mid-tower case has nine 5.25-inch bays, an integrated fan controller and a front I/O panel with two audio, two eSATA and four USB 2.0 ports.
In lack of more pictured and/or an official announcement we can only say that Utgard seems to be at least equipped with a rear exhaust fan and supports two side spinners, probably one front fan and two top fans. A bottom-placed PSU holder is also 'on' and it's likely that Xigmatek has designed the case to enable tool-free installation of optical drives and PCI cards.

TC Mag published the first photo of the Xigmatek Utgard case. At first sight this chassis reminds me a bit of the Cooler Master Sniper, the case has a black design with a meshed front, and a large I/O panel with integrated fan controller. The Utgard will probably be released at CES 2010.
