Quanta prepping 3.5-inch smartbook

Quanta Computer announced it will make some sort of smartbook/phone hybrid:
The idea is for a "computer in an iPhone form factor," according to Quanta Chairman Barry Lam, who also added the company is seeking more strategic investments to keep making a profit. The smartbook will rely on a 3.5-inch touchscreen display and will have the ability to make voice calls as well as access the Internet.

Lam also cautioned BusinessWeek that ARM and Qualcomm are just two possible companies that may supply chips for the device, though no other information was divulged.
