FUD Zilla has some details about AMD's upcoming Zosma processors, the site speculates these may be six-core chips with two cores disabled. You can expect them sometime in Q2 2010, probably in May or later.
Phenom II X4 960T is an upcoming new Zosma quad core and this CPU comes out together with three more Phenom II X6 10x5T series.

We know little about Zosma but some information we gathered implies that this quad core will operate at 95W TDP. It’s a quad core with 6MB L3 cache that fits in AM3 sockets and it features support for DDR3 1333.
