FUD Zilla spotted some new DDR3 memory modules from ADATA at CeBIT, including an upcoming Xtreme series module with 2200MHz clockspeed and CL7 timings.
A new addition to A-Data's XPG (stands for Xtreme Performance Gear) product line comes in the form of Xtreme series modules with up to 2200MHz with CL7 timing. We expect them to available sometime in April. The Xtreme series consist from 6GB and 4GB unbuffered DIMM memory kits which will be available in different speeds 1600MHz, 1866MHz or 2200MHz. Best in Xtreme series is DDR3-2200X kit with suffix v2.0. This one is equipped with fan on the top and it is showed on the picture below.
