AMD Thuban to be launched as Phenom II X6 1000 series

German tech site ATI Forum received slides that claim that AMD's six-core "Thuban" processors will be released as the Phenom II X6 1000-series. One slide reveals the Thuban has 9MB cache and "massive performance headroom", while the other one lists three Phenom II X6 models that will be launched in Q2 2010. This includes the Phenom II X6 1075T, Phenom II X6 1055T, and Phenom II X6 1035T, with TDPs between 95W and 125W.
