BenQ revealed the G2420HDB, a new 24" Full HD LCD display with a price tag of only 143EUR.
As opposed to its older sibling, the G2420HDB doesn't have LED backlighting which means it consumes more - 49W versus 24W, and has a lower dynamic contrast ratio - 40,000:1 and not 5,000,000:1. Other than the differences mentioned, the G2420HDB and G2420HDBL are pretty much the same and boast a piano black bezel, a native resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, a 5ms response time, a brightness of 300 cd/m2, and D-Sub/DVI connectivity.
