NVIDIA partners to have custom GeForce GTX 470 cards

FUD Zilla reports NVIDIA partners will be allowed to make non-reference cards with the GeForce GTX 470 GPU, but it's unclear whether these cards will make it for launch. Custom GeForce GTX 480 cards will have to wait a bit longer.

They will get some more freedom with the cheaper of two, Geforce GTX 470 as partners will be allowed to make their own 470 cards. We are not sure if they will make it for the launch, but these cards will definitely come latest at some point after the launch.
