DDR2 price climbs above DDR3

DigiTimes reports spot prices of 1Gb DDR2 memory chips have jumped over those for same-density DDR3 parts:
During the afternoon trading session today (March 26), average prices for branded and effectively tested (eTT) 1Gb DDR2 chips both rose over 2% within one day to reach US$3.15, according to DRAMeXchange. However, quotes for both branded and eTT 1Gb DDR3 slid 0.1% to average US$3.08 in the same period.
