Awkward size, not easy to carry around It's heavy, it's much heavier than devices like the Amazon Kindle It's too slippery The screen has too much glare The screen can't be read in sunlight Fingerprints, the big display easily gets dirty No multitasking support The browser has limited functionality, with no Flash support and no ability to create Google Documents The virtual keyboard sucks Lack of USB support Apps that were released for the iPhone don't look horrible, images and text have to be stretched and look very pixelated. It's too expensive It's in a class all its own and doesn't replace anything. It won't replace your smartphone, it's not a replacement for your laptop and it's not a good eBook reader either.
