OCZ Colossus LT SSD delivers up to 1TB

OCZ introduced the Colossus LT, a new high-capacity solid state disk with dual Indilinx SSD controllers and 34nm MLC NAND flash memory. These disks have a 128MB cache and internal RAID 0, but unfortunately there's no support for TRIM (although it does support background garbage collection). The Colossus LT series is available in 120GB, 250GB, 500GB and 1TB capacities, with read speeds of up to 260MB/s, write speeds of up to 260MB/s, sustained write speeds of up to 220MB/s and 15,000 4k random IOPS.

Prices range from around 340EUR for the 120GB unit to roughly 2,870EUR for the 1TB model.
