LaCie presents Vegetal, a new line of laptop sleeves that focus on the environment.

The LaCie Vegetal is manufactured in France from natural materials grown in Europe to keep the carbon footprint to a minimum, and it's shipped in a packaging that is 100% recyclable. The sleeve has a linen exterior, a lining made from bamboo and a soybean-based foam layer to provide optimum protection to your laptop or hard drive.
An expression of LaCie's commitment to eco–design, the LaCie Vegetal Sleeve protects both your electronic device and the environment. Sewed in France using plant–based materials woven in Europe and distributed locally to reduce CO2 emissions, the LaCie Vegetal Sleeve was designed for the conscientious eco–citizen.

These sleeves feature a soya–based memory foam cushion to protect your hard drive or laptop from everyday bumps, a linen exterior, and bamboo jersey lining. For maximum lifespan, they can be machine washed at 30°C. Product packaging is 100% recycled, and shipping materials have been dramatically reduced to ensure minimum environmental impact.
The Vegetal sleeves are available on the company's website in 10", 13", 15", and 17" sizes for 29.99EUR, 34.99EUR, 39.99EUR, and 44.99EUR, respectively.
