AMD has released the Catalyst 10.4 WHQL driver, you can grab it over here. This release features a performance enhancement for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky, H.264 level 5.1 support, AMD video transcoding updates and lots of other minor bug fixes.
ATI Catalyst – Video enhancements

* H.264 Level 5.1 support
o ATI Catalyst can now playback 5.1 level streams on all support players
o Allows for playback of high resolutions (4Kx2K)

AMD video transcoding updates

* This release of ATI Catalyst provides enhanced support for the Windows 7 Drag and Drop video converter
o Performance improvements
o New formats supported (H.264 file formats – MTS, WTV, and WMV9 Complex profile interlaced content)
o ATI Catalyst Control Center™ option for enabling/disabling GPU acceleration * Support for the ATI Video converter is now available in the advanced view of the ATI Catalyst Control Center
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 gamers with previous-generation graphics cards may want to stick with the Catalyst 10.4a Preview driver though, because the load time issues are only fixed for Radeon HD 5000 series cards in this WHQL release.

Additionally, there's also a new release for Linux that adds early support for Ubuntu 10.04.
