NVIDIA entry-level cards to arrive in July and August

DigiTimes heard rumors that a new line of mainstream and entry-level graphics cards from NVIDIA will arrive this summer.
Nvidia is ready to launch its mainstream GF106 and entry-level GF108 graphics chips in July and August 2010, respectively, after the launch of GeForce GTX 460 (GF104) in early June, according to sources from graphics card makers.

The sources noted that GeForce GTX 460 will target mainly the mid-range market with a price around US$299. The price point of the GF106 will be at about US$180, and the GF108 US$100, the sources added.
