Guy builds his own 16TB NAS

Modder Black Dwarf presents his latest projects, a homemade 16TB RAID 5 NAS with the Intel Atom N270 1.66GHz processor. The storage system is housed in a custom aluminium/steel enclosure, and is capable of hitting read speeds of up to 266MB/s and write speeds of 88MB/s. You can check out the worklog over here.
