OCZ reveals SandForce-based RevoDrive PCIe SSD

OCZ announced RevoDrive, a new line of PCIe x4 solid state disks with two SandForce SF-1200 controllers working in a RAID setup. These storage devices promise read speeds of up to 540MB/s and write speeds of up to 490MB/s. They will be available in 120GB and 240GB capacities for around 435EUR and 759EUR.
The RevoDrive makes use of MLC (multi-level cell) NAND Flash memory chips, is capable of read and write speeds of up to 540 MB/s and 490 MB/s, respectively and will be available, at least for starters, in 120GB and 240GB capacities - the pre-order prices for these models being of €433 and €757.
