WickedLasers has released a "weapons-grade" laser that is rated at 1W of power. The Spyder III Pro Arctic looks like a lightsaber, and according to the company it's powerful enough to set your skin or other body parts on fire if you aren't careful enough. The product is available on WickedLasers' site for $197.97.
