Posted on Friday, July 09 2010 @ 15:18:24 CEST by

Asian tech site XFastest got its hands on some details of Intel's future 32nm Sandy Bridge. This new LGA1155 chip is expected to be launched in Q1 2011, and if the site is correct these new processors will be launched as the Core i3/i5/i7 2000 series. So far the website has uncovered info about five processors, with the fastest model being the 3.4GHz Core i7 2600, a quad-core eight-threaded chip with 8MB L3 cache.
