Deus Ex 3 to be the same on all platforms

Firingsquad spotted an interview in which one of the producers of Deus Ex 3 revealed that the game will be the same on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC.

One of the most interesting things David Anfossi said (as well as the easiest to rip out of context and over-analyze) was after he was asked whether or not PC has been the lead development platform:

The experience will be the same on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The same mechanics – everything is the same.

I used to work on previous games where we had lead platforms, and when we were close to the release date, we had to do a port. And believe me, you don’t want to do that. For Deus Ex, we decided to work on all platforms parallel to give players the same experience.
