NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 delayed to September 13?

Turkish tech site Donanim Haber claims NVIDIA's GeForce GTS 450 has been delayed by two weeks:

Official launch date of Nvidia's GeForce GTS 450 postponed from August 31 to September 13. GeForce GTS 450 has GF106 GPU and supports 128-bit memory interface & 1GB GDDR5 memory.

The site also heard that this card will feature a 789MHz GPU and 3760MHz memory.
