Expreview found a photo of the NVIDIA GF108 GPU die. This sub-$100 chip is expected to be introduced in September, it will compete against the ATI Radeon HD 5500/5600 series.
From what we can see, the GF108 is marked as “GF108-200-A1″, and it’s evidently an engineering sample. The die measures about 127mm2, which is 23% bigger than AMD Redwood chip.

The VGA card is going to employ FP series solid capacitor, and on the front side of PCB is equipped with four Hynix DDR3 memory chips (H5TQ2G63BFR), which makes up 1GB/64bit.
