Globalfoundries to make 28nm GPUs for AMD

DigiTimes writes AMD has selected GlobalFoundries' 28nm process for its next-gen GPUs:
A Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report has cited unnamed market sources indicating that AMD has selected Globalfoundries' 28nm process for its next generation of graphics processors.

AMD has been working with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) on its 40nm and 65nm GPUs.

EDN said that TSMC declined to comment on market speculations.
