Crucial to debut 25nm SSDs in Q1 2011

Japanese tech site PC Watch reports Crucial will debut new solid state disks with 25nm NAND flash memory in Q1 2011. For the performance segment the firm will introduce the C400 with SATA 6Gbps support, while the C400v with 3Gbps SATA interface will serve the mainstream market.
