PhotoFast announces 430MB/s SATA 6Gbps SSD

PhotoFast cooked up some new SATA 6Gbps solid state disks that promise read speeds of up to 430MB/s and write speeds as high as 300MB/s. The G-Monster3 XV1 series will be available in capacities of 64GB to 256GB, pricing and availability is unknown.
The upcoming SSDs pack 128MB of DDR3 memory as cache, an unknown controller (Indilinx Jet Stream, Thunderbolt, or maybe a JMicron JMF66x), have a MTBF of 1.5 million hours, a one year warranty and will ship in October. As for performance numbers, the look something like this:

- 64GB G-Monster3 XV1 - 370 MB/s (max. read) / 120 MB/s (max. write)

- 128GB G-Monster3 XV1 - 410 MB/s (max. read) / 190 MB/s (max. write)

- 256GB G-Monster3 XV1 - 430 MB/s (max. read) / 300 MB/s (max. write)
