The University of Wisconsin, Madison is showing off a tiny 4.4 billion year old crystal - this is believed to be the oldest object on our planet.
Joe Skulan, a scientist with the university's Geology Museum, said, "This is it -- the oldest thing ever. The idea of having a big celebration of something that's so tiny -- we're playing with the obvious absurdity of it."
