Lanti introduced a passive GeForce GT 430 card with a full-height cooling solution. Exact pricing is unknown, but it's likely a bit above the $79 MSRP of the reference model.
Lantic's GF108 card features all the usual specs - 96 CUDA Cores, a 128-bit memory interface, a GPU clock of 700 MHz, a shader frequency of 1400 MHz, 1GB of DDR3 memory @ 1400 MHz, a TDP of 49W, and D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs, and should cost between $80 and $100.
