Posted on Friday, October 22 2010 @ 18:14:39 CEST by

NVIDIA announced price cuts for its GeForce GTX 460 and GeForce GTX 470 video cards to make them more competitive against AMD's new Radeon HD 6800 series.

Here's an overview of the new pricing of these cards. These are the suggested e-tail prices (SEP), which means many cards will be sold for a lot less:
  • GeForce GTX 460 1GB: $199.99

  • GeForce GTX 460 OC: $209+

  • GeForce GTX 460 768MB: $169.99

  • GeForce GTX 470: $259.99
