German memory maker Exceleram introduced a pair of low-voltage 4GB DDR3 memory kits that run at 1.35V. The 1333MHz kit is currently selling in Europe for around 68.46EUR.
The ELV001A kit, features two 2GB modules clocked at 1333MHz with 7-7-7-21 latencies, all at 1.35V, while the ELV002A works at 1600MHz with 9-9-9-24 at the same voltage. Both kits are cooled by Exceleram's Blue Culvert heatspreaders that should be enough to keep those modules at reasonable temperatures.
