Hexus reports HP is shipping an All-in-One desktop PC in the UK with ATI Radeon HD 7270 graphics. Exact specifications are unknown, it possible that this is a rebrand but another possibility is that it's a typo for the Radeon HD 4270.
There are two possible explanations for the early appearance of this GPU. Since it's unlikely that the all new architecture is already shipping, it's possible that this is a rebranded GPU that's been upgraded to the 7000-series moniker.

Unfortunately, though, it's a lot more likely that this is just a typo that originated within HP and has propagated through to retailers. The manufacturer's US site lists the GPU as the integrated Radeon HD 4270 - a likely fit for an AIO PC. It also makes sense of the ATI branding, which still applies to the older GPUs, but has been dropped from new graphics chips starting with the HD 6000-series.
