NVIDIA rolled out the GeForce GTX 460 SE, a cut-down version of the GeForce GTX 460 with 288 enabled CUDA cores and a 256-bit memory bus.

This new edition has a 650MHz core and 1300MHz shaders, compared to 675MHz and 1350MHz, respectively, on the other two GeForce GTX 460 cards. Additionally, with a frequency of 1700MHz the 1GB GDDR5 is also clocked 100MHz lower than the other two models.

Official pricing is unknown but EVGA is selling the GeForce GTX 460 SE for $179.99, which is slightly higher than the price of a regular GeForce GTX 460 768MB.
