TC Mag writes ViewSonic will demonstrate a 4-inch tablet/phone hybrid at CES 2011. Exact specifications are yet unknown but the Android-based device supposedly has 4G support (LTE or WiMAX?) and may feature the NVIDIA Tegra 2 SoC.
The 4-inch handset runs Android and could be equipped with Nvidia's increasingly-popular Tegra 2 SoC (system-on-chip) already used for ViewSonic's gTablet. For more info about ViewSonic's offering just wait till next week. In the mean time you can enjoy the New Year celebration.
