Slashgear snapped a picture of a new Sony VAIO 11.6" laptop with AMD's E-350 "Zacate" APU (1.6GHz, dual-core). The battery life of just over three hours is a little bit disappointing though.
The unit on the showroom floor sported 4GB of RAM, 500GB internal storage, 802.11n WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity. The laptop was pretty sturdy but noticeably light which makes it the perfect candidate for the new Zacate series from AMD. The unit seemed to be lacking in the power department and word was that it’s battery was not up to par, only lasting just over 3 hours.
