Super Talent TeraDrive SATA III promises 500MB/s

Super Talent demonstrated the TeraDrive SATA III solid state disk at CES 2011. This new SSD uses the SandForce SF-2200 and SF-2500 series, it has a SATA 6Gbps interface and promises read and write speeds of up to 500MB/s. The TeraDrive CT3 will be available with 60GB, 120GB, 240GB and 480GB MLC NAND flash memory, while the TeraDrive FT3 will be available with 50GB, 100GB, 200GB and 400GB of SLC or MLC NAND flash memory.
