NVIDIA's Tegra business is finally starting to pick up steam, the SoC is showing up in more and more devices and according to a report by DigiTimes, Samsung just ordered about 1-1.5 million Tegra 2 processors for its new 10.1" Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet.
Korea-based brand vendor Samsung Electronics has placed orders to Nvidia for about 1-1.5 million Tegra 2 processors and will be used for its new 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet PC, according to sources from upstream component players.

The sources pointed out that although Samsung's first tablet PC, the Galaxy Tab, did not achieve the company's targeted sales of two million units, Samsung, with advantages in both the telecom and retail channels, is still confident with its upcoming Galaxy Tab 10.1, which is set to launch in April
