Semi Accurate spotted a 4TB OCZ IBIS XL solid state disk at CeBIT. This 5.25" drive connects over OCZ's HSDL link and you can use up to four of these disks on a single HSDL PCIe x8 card. The IBIS XL ships in 4TB and 8TB capacities, it offers up to 200,000 random 4k write IOPS and promises read speeds of up to 1800MB/s and write speeds as high as 1700MB/s. Pricing is unknown, but it won't be pretty.
