Next-gen Wii to be shown at E3 2011?

Word is going around that Nintendo may reveal a new Wii console at the E3 2011 tradeshow that will take place on June 7-9, 2011 at the Los Angeles convention center. According to the sources, the next-gen Wii may feature Blu-ray disc support, a quad-core Marvell Armada SoC and some sort of mobile projector. The expected availability date is late 2012.
The device will be based on a quad-core Marvell Armada system-on-chip that is compliant with ARM architecture, will feature integrated Blu-ray reader and will sport "a mobile projector of some sort". While this is about time for Nintendo to start talking about its future game console at this year's E3, the rumoured specifications do not seem to be credible. Nintendo used microprocessors based on IBM's Power architecture as well as proprietary optical disc standards for both GameCube and Wii consoles and it is not very likely that the company decides to radically change its approach with the next-generation console. Interestingly, but the rumoured console even does not have a code-name.
