Nokia rolls out mobile TV

Forbes reports that Nokia will today announce the air specifications of its mobile TV solution to interested parties. The air interface specifies how mobile TV terminals interconnect with the network end of the mobile TV solution.

The Finnish telecom giant says that the solution, based on Digital Video Broadcast - Handheld (DVB-H), should make it easy for operators and service providers to roll out mobile television services.
