Last week a legal dispute between Sony and LG resulted in a temporary ban on PlayStation 3 imports in the EU, but X-bit Labs wrote yesterday that this ban has been lifted by a Dutch court:
The Hague Court in the Netherlands dismissed the 10-day injunction on import of Sony PlayStation 3 game consoles on Thursday, which was imposed as a result of the ongoing legal battle between Sony Corp. and LG Electronics. As a result, the game consoles can again be imported into the European Union.

"The preliminary injunction against PlayStation 3 shipments was dismissed. We expect shipment to the Netherlands to resume without any further issues," said a Sony spokesman in an interview with Dow Jones news-agency.
