received word that Intel will introduce its SSD 320 series on March 28th. These units feature 25nm MLC NAND flash memory and will ship in capacities from 40GB to 600GB.
VR-Zone first revealed about the Intel 320 series earlier this month and now we are going to bring you the finalized specs and estimated retail pricing.

Available in 5 capacities; 40GB, 80GB, 120GB, 160GB, 300GB and 600GB, they are estimated to be priced at $109, $189, $239, $329, $569 and $1119 respectively.
