AMD preps 3.5GHz Phenom II X2 570 Black Edition CPU

Turkish tech site Donanim Haber reports AMD is preparing a new Phenom II X2 570 Black Edition processor.

This 45nm dual-core chip is expected to be launched between April and August, it will run at 3.5GHz, it has the same cache as the other Phenom II X2 chips and has a 80W TDP.

The expected retail price of the Phenom II X2 570 BE is under 100EUR.
