Elpida expects no DRAM supply disruptions

Elpida said it doesn't expect disruptions in DRAM supply. Everything seems fine until late July and the company believes there will be no major disruption of production in August or beyond either.
Elpida Memory, Japan's leading supplier of dynamic random access memory (DRAM), on Monday announced the latest details regarding the company's product supply situation. According to the firm, its manufacturing facilities are currently operating at nearly normal levels and it has sufficient amount of materials to keep shipping memory until late July.

The memory company indicated that Elpida's Hiroshima plant, Elpida's Rexchip Electronics Corp. subsidiary in Taiwan, and Elpida's assembling and testing subsidiary Akita Elpida are currently operating at near normal levels.
