Posted on Wednesday, April 06 2011 @ 21:19:02 CEST by

Nordic Hardware found evidence that NVIDIA is working on the GeForce GT 520, a new entry-level card that uses the GF119 GPU. The card has 48 CUDA cores, a 810MHz core, 1610MHz shaders, and 1GB GDDR3 clocked at 1794MHz. Pricing is expected to be in the $50-60 range.
The circuits is very energy efficient and cool, which means we will most likelt see many passive cooling solutions on GeForce GT 520. The price is expected to land at $50-60 and for that you get a card that scores 2642P in 3Dmark Vantage. The card comes with one DVI, one HDMI and one D-Sub output. There is also DirectX 11, CUDA and PhysX.
