TC Mag reports Galaxy is developing a GeForce 210 with support for up to four displays as well as a GeForce GTX 560 Ti with support for five screens. These cards are expected to retail next month.
The GeForce 210 utilizes a passive cooler and two VMM1402 chipsets which power two DMS59 connectors, each one allowing for connectivity to two DVI Full HD monitors (via the included adapters).

The GTX 560 Ti prepped by Galaxy features a custom PCB and cooler, and provides one DVI output, one DisplayPort connector and four mini HDMI ports. This setup supports a 5040 x 1050 @ 60Hz (1680x1050 on each monitor) combined resolution in 3 monitor mode, or 5760 x 900 @ 60Hz (1440x900 on each monitor) in 4 monitor mode.
