The encryption is designed to foil any attempt to intercept and decipher keystrokes coming from a wireless keyboard, giving users the option to use a wireless keyboard for convenience even when dealing with sensitive information such as passwords or credit card numbers. Although the keyboard is compatible with Macs, it offers Taskbar Favorites for Windows 7 users, allowing them to easily switch between applications.
Both the keyboard and mouse also sport features aimed at user comfort. The keyboard includes a pillow-textured palm rest, while the mouse offers an ambidextrous design. The mouse is paired to the keyboard using BlueTrack technology, which the company says ensures smooth tracking on almost any surface (apart from clear glass or mirrored surfaces).
