Mio 169 launched with built-in GPS

Mio has launched a new PDA with built-in GPS, the Mio 169. This PDA has a 400MHz Intel PXA-255 processor, 32MB Flash ROM, 64MB SDRAM and a 3.5-inch 65,536 color TFT screen.

The Mio 169 runs Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC SE and has SD/MMC and SDIO expansion slots. It features both infrared and USB connectivity. The PDA measures 125.6x79.5x24.2mm and weights 172.35g.

The Mio 169 ships for $408 and will be available on May 24. More info and a photo at DigiTimes
