VR Zone has some details about the pricing of AMD's desktop APUs:
The quad-core A6-3650, which is clocked at 2.6GHz and features a HD 6530D integrated GPU, will supposedly retail for as low as US$126. In contrast, Intel's dual-core i3-2100 processor is currently going for US$117. The more expensive A8-3850 APU, which also features four processor cores clocked at 2.9GHz and a HD 6550D GPU, will reportedly be offered at US$150. This is only slightly more expensive than Intel's dual-core i3-2120 processor, which is currently retailing at US$138. In addition to these AMD will also have even cheaper sub-US$100 parts.
