PSN's New User Agreement Bans Class Action Lawsuits

NGOHQ reports Sony included a clause in the new PlayStation Network Terms of Service agreement that prevents you from participating in class action lawsuits against the company:
"Sony has released a new Terms of Service Agreement for the PlayStation Network. It appears on section 15 of the Terms of Service, there is a clause that prevents you from participating in class action lawsuits against Sony. No, this is not a joke. Don't believe me? See for yourself."
