OCZ Vertex 4 benchmarks revealed at CeBIT

German tech site ComputerBase got to see OCZ's upcoming Vertex 4 SSD at CeBIT. This new disk is based on the Indilinx Everest 2 controller, it offers a max speed of up to 550MB/s and up to 90,000 IOPS.

You can view some screenshots of Vertex 4 benchmarks at ComputerBase. In ATTO the disk achieved read speeds of up to 455.90MB/s and write speeds of up to 337.52MB/s, while the Iometer test reveals it scored 80256.80 IOPS.
